    This is a “fluffy” mouthpiece made by hammond. Very similar to a Curry TF but with hammond specs. Very wonderfully large sound and very balanced and easy to play! I bought it thinking it was something else and realized I don’t need another Trumpet/flugel mouthpiece. It is a shorter shank too.
    From Hammond- XL This deep, flugel-style cup, commonly referred to as the "fluffy", is utilized in the Bb and C trumpet for the situational playing requiring a distant or extremely dark sound. Because of the openness of this mouthpiece, we made it shorter for better intonation. It has a 20th and their #3 backbore.
