    Description

    One of Kanstul's popular M Series mouthpieces, the M-B5L!
    This rim is semi-flat and very soft on the face. The cup is based on the famous "SL" cup, and is medium shallow - in the neighborhood of the 3F. It has low cup volume, and a rounded entrance to the throat ensures plenty of air flow for a big sound. Slotting is excellent. This is on the widely popular LT blank, making it a bit brighter and more responsive than other so-called heavyweight mouthpieces.
    This mouthpiece is also stamped "RA" for a player who wanted it personalized. Hey, if *your* initials are "RA", today is your lucky day! As well, this mouthpiece was made with a more conventional and appropriate no. 27 throat, rather than Monette's impractical no. 24. Yeah, I said it!
